The AIR AMERICA FOUNDATION Inc. is a
Florida based, non-profit tax-exempt 501 (c)
3 organization.

Our purpose is to preserve various
examples of aircraft used by Air America,
and to use them as "Flying Classrooms" to
educate those who visit the aircraft, about
the history and missions of Air America,
and of the sacrifices and deeds of the air
crews and employees of the most shot at
airline in the world!

Our flagship aircraft is a Fairchild C-123K
"Provider" assault transport aircraft used
extensively during the Viet Nam war by the
US Air Force and by Air America as well.
The C-123 was renowned for its incredible
ability to land and take off from perilously
short landing strips carved out of the jungle.

Thank You For Visiting
The Air America Foundation, though not affiliated directly with the Air America Association, (the official veterans organization of
the Air America employees), is dedicated to assisting their organization in furthering their goals to obtain better public knowledge
of their amazing history, obtaining veterans benefits, and helping to increase the amount of accurate information which
illustrates the varied and diverse missions flown by Air America.

The Air America Foundation may be a young organization, but it is growing fast! With a dedicated group of talented and highly
motivated volunteers who are dedicated to preserving and highlighting the history of Air America, a group of courageous aviators
and crew who were in many cases not written into the history books, the Air America Foundation hopes to bring at least one of
the aircraft that helped them do their job and keep it flying as a teaching tool.

We encourage you to look around our website or
email us with any questions. Your support is truly appreciated and we hope you
can help us keep the history alive!

Thank you for visiting our site. It means a great deal to us all!

Sincerely,

Paul Vasconi, President
